A short lecture by T.V.N. Persaud on the topic “Embryology in the Qur’an” which includes examples from the history of embryology. Dr. Persaud is Professor of Anatomy, and Professor of Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Manitoba, Canada. He is also the author of Early History of Human Anatomy – From Antiquity to the Beginning of the Modern Era and the highly acclaimed A History of Anatomy: The Post-Vesalian Era. The lecture was organized by the Muslim Students Association of Canada in 1988 but the name and location of the University is not known.
